Gemini seeks to expose us to new ideas to pique our curiosity. This energy is more about breadth versus depth. As we are probably thinking about our plans and intentions for 2020, keep an open mind. We’ll focus and distill the different threads during the Capricorn eclipse at the end of the month. The temptation to spread ourselves too thin may creep up with Neptune square this full moon. Hold your options and ideas gently because if you give them some space to morph and grow, you may be amazed at the final vision. Neptune is asking us to open up and trust more in our intuition, and to do this we have to participate and engage more fully in the conversation. This is not a passive full moon, and hopefully it will ultimately energize us.
Venus is sandwiched between Saturn and Pluto, quincunx the moon. This points to us making some adjustments to our boundaries in our relationships. This configuration values honesty and taking responsibility for how our past has informed and created our present. We need to trust our perceptions about the give and take in our relationships, particularly at work, since Venus rules business partnerships as well as romantic ones. We may need to take a step back and cultivate a more impartial view on our current situation.
To recap, there is substantial “yes, go for it” energy around this full moon. And it comes with the responsibility of working the process versus the outcome. While it’s tempting to want to jump ahead, Gemini reminds us to meander and explore options, to try things on for size before we commit to them. We may need to talk through our options to uncover our true feelings, and that’s perfectly normal and ok. Our job is to keep an open mind and a non-judgmental attitude towards what is revealed.
Questions to consider: Regardless of external circumstances, what is the common thread that is weaving through your life right now? How is your consciousness expanding, and how can you hold it gently in your awareness? What rules of engagement/boundaries need clarified in your relationships?
