This full moon brings an illumination of our essence. Pisces opens us to a new dream for ourselves, while Virgo focuses and distills our big ideas into concrete plans and distinct phases. When Virgo gets bogged down by the details, Pisces swims in the ocean of all possible futures, easily merging with energy like a chameleon. When Pisces gets overly diffused and overwhelmed, Virgo brings the next best step and a laser-like focus on what can be done. Signs that oppose each other in the circle of the zodiac, like Virgo and Pisces, may seem like opposites at first, however, they balance each other and help us access different skills and resources in our psyches. Whether you have symptoms of over-emphasis on the Virgo side of things (being overly critical on yourself or others, overworking, anxiety) or the Pisces side of the equation (feelings of overwhelm, confusion, existential sadness), consider it an indicator of where you need to bring in the opposite to come back to balance.
If you find yourself with an overbalance of Virgo, take a break. Get out in nature. Zoom out on your situation and create some space for yourself from the details, if only for a short time. Where could you ask for more help from the universe or from others? If you find yourself with a Pisces imbalance, create some small, specific next steps for yourself. If you are more vulnerable to getting pulled off of center during a specific time of day, add some structure and activities in your routine to keep you on track.
Mercury is stationary direct for this full moon, ending its retrograde period in Aquarius and Pisces. Usually, this means a quickening of energy, and sometimes we end up going fast and making mistakes. Know that whatever messages and communications that are coming across your experience need a little time to settle out. There is probably more (or potentially less) than meets the eye. Be patient and willing to wait for more information.
Venus conjuncts Uranus in Taurus, highlighting some important changes in our relationships. We may need to adjust our expectations of those close to us and give them more space. Or we may need to ask for a wider berth to do our own thing with those we are close to. Whatever the case may be, be willing to listen to your instincts and follow the quickening of the energy to establish the rules of engagement that work for you.
There is a big line up of planets in Capricorn, including Saturn, Pluto, Jupiter, and Mars. Capricorn keeps us accountable and in the midst of any spiritual downloads/experiences with the Sun conjunct Neptune, we are able to ground what we are experiencing in the material world. Integration and synthesis of our visions and emotions can happen quickly. We also may be putting too much pressure on ourselves in an area of our lives, and if you find yourself stressed about a situation and ruminating on it, it may be a signal to lighten up and go easier on yourself. Once you let go of having to figure anything out, you open the floodgates of universal intelligence to help and support you.
Questions to Ponder: Where am I currently on the Pisces/Virgo axis, and what energy do I want more of in my experience? What inspirations/visions are coming to me know that I would like to integrate into my day-day life? Are there ways I can let go of the pressure of needing to figure anything out to connect more to universal intelligence?
