We have quite the lineup in Capricorn for this new moon: Sun, moon, venus, mercury, Pluto.
Most likely you are feeling the need to get your sh*t together about some long-term situation, whether that’s your retirement savings, your job, or father/authority figures in your world. Use this energy to lay the foundation for the long-term, sustainable solution versus the quick-fix shortcut.
There is much strength to utilize with the planetary lineup, and a good place to start is your sense of self. Do you feel like you have a strong constitution? If not, what could you do to strengthen your ability to be centered in yourself when the winds of change blow through? Sometimes literally doing core exercises can help you to feel and embody strength and stability emanating from your center. There is no need to go for a six-pack or anything in the abs department, just push yourself a little past your comfort zone to ensure you are getting stronger. This strength sends a clear message to your physical self and your psyche so that you are less likely to get pushed off balance by any problems or conflicts you encounter outside yourself.
Because Mars is retrograde for another month, focusing on inner strength is a good idea. You may want to meditate on images of things that you find to be strong yet flexible to anchor your visualization on what you want more of in your life. Watching a large tree in the wind is a great way to see this in action. The strong trunk doesn’t move while the branches are able to flex and move in all different directions because of their connection to this trunk.
Finally, the reason Capricorn energy is focused on security and stability is to allow you a safe place to thrive and feel supported. Pay attention to what that might look like for you, metaphorically and literally. Now is a good time to improve and strengthen your foundation, which might include establishing boundaries and/or delegating to others. Maybe you need to clarify shared financial goals with your loved ones. Come back to your commitments and responsibilities to yourself and let these inform your next steps.
Intentions: I have the knowledge of self to make sustainable life decisions. My long-term goals/visions inform my short-term plans.
