This new moon falls between the Mars retrograde and Venus retrograde cycle; a liminal space where you might feel in limbo. There is a strong spiritual dimension to this new moon, as well as a careless quality. You might be unaware of how you are coming across to someone else and your judgment may be off as to timing your connections with others. The good news is that you have access to spiritual dimensions to help you break a situation down and gain a new perspective on what’s actually going on.
With Venus on the cusp of her retrograde journey in Aries, any boundaries that need shoring up become glaringly obvious. It’s just that the new moon in Pisces vibe doesn’t have you in the best frame of mind to assert yourself. Load yourself up with crystals, get out the sage, go by a body of water, and/or take a sacred bath. Basically do whatever resonates with you to clear your energy field. This will help you approach interactions by being clear about what you want versus getting overwhelmed and overly influenced by the energy of someone else.
Mars is in nice alignment with Saturn as it emerges from its retrograde journey. Although it started in Leo when it went retrograde 12.7.24, it entered Cancer on 1.6.25 where it will be until 4.19. It’s normal for Mars to stay in a sign for a long time when it’s retrograding. It’s like the planet slows down to start the retrograde, then appears to be going backward from our vantage point on Earth during the retrograde, and finally takes its time to get back up to its normal speed post-retrograde. Mars in Cancer emphasizes our emotional life and how it’s connected to our motivations and self-confidence. Your sensitivity to your needs and the needs of others is a superpower. When you feel a sense of belonging and connection, you make better decisions and feel better about yourself. Remember others operate the same way. Do your part to create the circumstances that bring out the best in people.
Intentions: I call on a higher power for help in the midst of any confusion/overwhelm. I communicate my own needs and preferences while being able to listen to what others want.
