4.27 New Moon in Taurus: Let Bygones be Bygones

You are here: Home / Moon Report / 4.27 New Moon in Taurus: Let Bygones be Bygones

You are moving on up and out with the energy of this new moon. Hard as it may be, you must cut the cord with a situation or relationship that has run its course. There is no harm in going your separate ways. Feel the grief of regret and perhaps fear/discomfort of shoving off from the known and familiar—also, welcome feelings of relief from unraveling burdens you’ve been carrying for too long. Bodywork and time in nature are called for as your situation permits.

There is pressure to adapt and improvise. While it will be tempting to get into analysis paralysis with what your next steps are, resist the temptation by releasing excess mental energy via exercise and getting outside. Your intuition is ready to guide you, and you need to extend an invitation and create an environment where you are available to listen instead of mentally overriding or jumping to immediate conclusions. Remind yourself that what you can taste, hear, touch, and see is only one small part of reality.

With Venus sandwiched between Saturn and Neptune, the prescription for this new moon is to spend time in solitude. You are especially impressionable, and if you lean on others too much before you allow yourself to process and listen to your intuition, you could feel confused and take on others’ beliefs.

Taurus teaches you to find value at the core of your being versus outside yourself. You’ve cleared the space, and now it’s time to build a strong foundation for the next chapter. This may mean setting intentions around your finances or adjusting your schedule or physical space for a new cycle. The goal is persistence and commitment with Taurus medicine. It may not be flashy or bold. However, it is incredibly powerful. Sow the seeds you want to reap, ensuring that where they land is fertile ground for them to thrive.

Intentions: I set down burdens and stress that are not mine to carry any longer. I cultivate self-reliance and acknowledge my inner strength in the face of current changes. I create the ideal growing conditions for my dreams to thrive.
