Sudden realizations help you understand whether you are opting in or opting out of a direction or path. There is no middle ground and your focus is what is true for your heart versus what others will think about it. To quote the great Mary J. Blige, “… I be myself and I grew to love it. Let ‘em get mad. They gon’ hate anyway, don’t you get that? Doesn’t matter if you go along with their plan. They’ll never be happy ‘cause they’re not happy with themselves…” Listen to whatever power anthem speaks to you to get hyped up and excited. Your willpower is getting an injection of energy.
